This policy explains how Korean Dental Implants ("we", "us"), the operator of koreandentalimplants.com, collects and uses personal data when you visit this website, fill in the request form, or talk to us by chat, email or phone. We supply dental implants to licensed dentists, dental clinics and distributors only.

1. Contact

2. What data we collect

• Form data: your name, clinic or company, country, phone number, email address and the brands you are interested in.
• Conversation data: messages you send us by WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or email, and phone calls with us, including call recordings and transcripts.
• Order details: products, quantities, delivery address and payment method you choose, when you place an order or request a test implant.
• Visit and advertising data: the page you came from, advertising tags in the page address (for example utm_source or campaign identifiers from Facebook or Google), click identifiers, browser language, time zone and screen size, sent together with the form.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To answer your request, send you the price list and catalogs, and prepare an offer, an order or a test implant: steps taken at your request before a contract and performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To follow up on your request by message or phone and keep a record of our communication: our legitimate interest in serving business customers (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To understand which advertising brought your request and improve our campaigns: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To meet accounting and legal obligations for orders: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Automated assistant

Our messages and phone calls are handled with the help of an AI assistant. It answers questions about our products and conditions, collects the details needed for your request, and may call you when you asked for a call or did not reply to our message. You can ask to stop calls or messages at any time.

5. Who processes your data

We use service providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

• Zoho (CRM, email, chat and website hosting, EU data centre);
• Meta (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Facebook lead forms);
• OpenAI (processing of message text to prepare replies);
• ElevenLabs and Twilio (phone calls, recordings and transcripts);
• delivery companies, when an order or a test implant is shipped.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful mechanism. We do not sell your data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep request and conversation data for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, and order and invoice data for as long as accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your data earlier, unless we must keep it by law.

7. Browser storage and cookies

This website stores your chosen language and the advertising tags of your first and latest visit in your browser's local storage, so a request can be linked to the campaign that brought you. This data stays in your browser until you send the form. If we add advertising or analytics tools that set cookies, this policy will be updated and consent will be asked where required.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its processing (including to direct marketing and calls), and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@koreandentalimplants.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
